How to set up your new Modem
To set up your new SteadFast Communications Internet Modem, you can connect a device to the router's Wi-Fi network (SteadFast-Internet-WiFi) or connect devices with an Ethernet connection.

Steps to setting up your new modem

Locate power supply and plug it in to the modem.

Place modem near a window. (The higher the better)

Plug modem in and wait about 3 minutes for it to register.

Use the chart below to see what type of signal you are getting. In the event your getting a red light simply move the modem to another location. Remember other electronics near the modem can disrupt your signals.

Plug modem in and wait about 3 minutes for it to register.

Once your modem is plugged in your should see a 4G/5G signal in the upper left hand corner. Once you see an active signal, Connect to your modem and enjoy!​
(This modem does come with a battery backup included.)
