SteadFast Communications GC LLC Return Policy: Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
At SteadFast Communications GC LLC, we always strive to provide the best products and services to our valued customers. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we have implemented a flexible return policy to address such situations. It is important to note that our return policy is subject to change at any time. By purchasing service/equipment from SteadFast Communications GC LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below:
Return Eligibility
In order to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, for the returned service and/or equipment.
2. Within the Specified Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of item delivery. After this period, returns may not be accepted or may be subject to additional fees. 30 Days for Annual plan customers. If over 100Gb of data has been used there will be NO refund provided as this shows the equipment was working properly unless the equipment has failed.
3. Original Condition: The service or equipment being returned must be in its original and like new condition, with all accessories, packaging, and documentation included. Failure to do so can result in a fee of up to $699.99 for our equipment!
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Customer Support: Get in touch with our customer support team either by phone or email or live chat. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if required.
2. Package the Return: Carefully package the service or equipment you want to return, ensuring that it is securely protected during transit. Include the RMA number if one is provided by our customer support team.
3. Ship the Return: Send the package to the designated return address provided by our customer support team. We provide the return shipping label to ensure the product is returned to the correct location for faulty equipment. If the customer used over 100Gb the during trial period it is deemed non defective and the customer is responsible for returning our equipment. Tracking is highly recommended.
4. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, our dedicated team will inspect the returned service or equipment to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. Processing time may vary but typically takes 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS to complete and post to the payment method used.
5. Refund or Replacement: If the return is approved, you will be offered a refund or a replacement to one of our other plans, according to your preference and availability of the desired service or equipment.
Exceptions and Fees
Please be aware of the following exceptions and potential fees regarding our return policy:
1. Non-Returnable Items: Certain services or equipment may be non-returnable due to specific conditions, such as outside your 10-day window for monthly plans and 30 days for annual plans for policy refund.
2. Shipping Costs: Unless otherwise specified, shipping costs for returned items are covered by SteadFast Communications GC LLC. with a prepaid return label unless the customer has used over 100GB of data. The use of 100GB of data shows the equipment was working and does NOT meet the criteria for us to provide a return label.
3. Outside 10-Day Window: You can cancel at any time by contacting us via e-mail, phone, or live chat. If you cancel within 3 days of your payment due date, you will be charged for the following month of service. Please ensure to notify us before the 3 days of payment due date to ensure service is properly canceled and you will no longer be charged.
